Cruise - Jamaica, Grand Cayman & Cozumel

Sorry it's taken me so long to do this post. I've been pretty busy with getting back into my normal routine and work. Anyway, The cruise was amazing and we got really luck with the weather. It was sunny and perfect except for the last 2 days, but by that point I was so sunburned that I welcomed the overcast skys. So, without further delay, here are some pictures.

First meal on the cruise. The ship didn't even depart yet and the buffet was full lol
The Dungeon nightclub.
As usual it's overcast on our departure
Checking out what drink I want to have as we leave the port.
Casino

First formal night
Jamaica! It was so pretty there, but the way the people hassle you to buy stuff is rediculous.
Margarittaville. They had a slide, how cool is that!?

Ice show
Just a glimpse at some of the yummy food i ate.

First day at sea

Port in Jamaica
The beach was so gorgeous

Grand Cayman, these iguana's where everywhere. They were hanging out in bushes too.
Sting Ray city in Grand Cayman. Definitely my most favorite excursion and port of call!
The cheese filled shells were aaahhmazing!
My cake had stars on it :)

Port in Cozumel, this was my third time in Cozumel and the second time it's been cloudy and rainy :(

Second formal night, we had lobster

We hear Royal Caribbean is going to the Bahamas and Key West next year so that may be our next cruise.

Have any of you been cruising? What was your favorite port of call?

Cobra Horseshoe Bracelet

Thanks to Pinterest, I've found quite a few craft projects to do in my free time. I did this bracelet using craft lace. I plan to make a few more using different colors of lace. It was pretty simple to make, the hardest part is trying to figure out how much lace you need, my first attempt at it was not long enough.  So I wasted about 30 minutes till I realized I wouldn't have enough to double up on it and make it long enough. My second attempt just barely made it, thank goodness I have a child size wrist lol. I plan to make a few more of these using chain, kind of like the helloberry bracelets.

Valentines Day goodies - Bvlgari Earrings

Jason got me a pair of Bvlgari earrings for Valentines day. I love them, classic and timeless.

On another note. How hairy is my face!? lol I blurred my skin a little in Photoshop so that it wouldn't be the first thing you notice, but wow.

He also got me some Lindt chocolate truffles. I told him I would rather a small box with like 5 really good chocolates instead of a huge box of cheap chocolates. It's just not worth the calories. Lindt is my favorite so he did good.

I also happened to catch him on Frederick's of Hollywood's website looking at some...ehem, crotch less thongs and other crazy looking sh*t and told him not to bother cause I hate that stuff and it would just be a waste of money. So instead he went with my suggestion and got me one of my favorite bras. Unfortunately the pink one I wanted was back ordered so it didn't come in yet. I think when I get it I will do a review on it.

Anyway, what kind of goodies did you get for Valentines day?

Aldo & Forever21 Purchases

I was in the mall today to get some work shirts from Forever21 and decided to stop by Aldo for some shoes. Well I found this instead.

(Pink shirt from F21)

It looks so similar to the Celine bag that I've been dying over! I know some people have found the look alike bag at Target, but I haven't been so lucky.

These are the 2 shirts I ended up getting from F21 and some stud earrings. You can't go wrong with a classic black and white button down shirt. The quality of these felt really nice too.

Justin Timberlake Concert - Pic heavy

The Direct TV Superbowl party was Saturday night. Justin Timberlake, Timberland and Jay Z performed. Mainly it was Justin and Timberland and JayZ performed for one song so I don't have good pics of them.

BTW, I'm in LOVE with my new camera. I was pretty far away and still managed to get pretty good shots and the image stabilization feature on the camera works wonders.

We went to the bar cause I thought Justin was wrapping up his last song and then JayZ came out, so this was the best shot I could get of him =/
It's big Haus from Pawn Stars!!

Yay! Got my new Camera & NFL Party Info

Jason surprised me by getting me the new camera I've been wanting! (As some of you may know, this one was on my 2013 wishlist) I told him that I wanted it before our cruise on the 23rd and the timing couldn't have been more perfect because I just found out that we're going to some NFL party for the Superbowl tomorrow night. Little more on that in a bit...

The camera I got is the Canon SX260. It's a point and shoot for the most part, but it does has features to let you set the shutter or apature amongst a few other things. It has 20x optical zoom and takes excellent pictures at night and has a low light feature so that the camera uses the surounding light for the photo and doesn't make the person look white like a ghost when a flash is used. A friend of mine has this camera and her pics come out amazing everytime so I know this one was a good choice.

As for the NFL party. I have a friend who is a photographer who is working the event so he put me and Jason on the vip list so we get to go for free! Yay for free stuff lol! The best part is is that Justin Timberlake will be hosting the event and there will also be an open bar and free food. I hope to take a lot of pics at this event and I'm so glad I finally have a decent camera to take them with.

What are your plans for Superbowl Sunday?
